The primary objective of this group is to educate the membership and distribute information on legislation and regulations that impact the legwear industry. Additionally, it will provide recommendations on various legislative / regulatory–related positions to the THA Board of Directors.

  The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has published its long-awaited final rule requiring employers to pay for the personal protective equipment (PPE) that their employees are required to use.
