RALPH M. HOLT, III NAMED PRESIDENT
BURLINGTON , NC , May 2, 2006 : Ralph M. Holt, Jr., chairman of Holt Hosiery Mills, Inc. announced today that Ralph (Rusty) M. Holt, III was elected president and chief executive officer of the company effective May 1, 2006.

Rusty Holt has more than 22 years of experience with the company; most recently serving as vice president with oversight of manufacturing operations and human resources.Holt is a graduate of Davidson College.

Holt Hosiery sells ladies' sheer hosiery products, tights, trouser socks, men's and women's socks and seamless apparel. Holt Hosiery was founded in 1947 and manufactures ladies' sheer hosiery in its three plants in Burlington.
