The Hosiery Association is again providing an opportunity for Suppliers
and this year opening the opportunity up for Hosiery Manufacturers to gain company exposure and time to network with hosiery and supplier company decision makers respectively
by exhibiting at the 2008 Annual Convention on Friday, April 18, 2008.
This opportunity is open to both THA members and non-THA members.
Any company who signs up to exhibit will receive a $100 discount on their convention registration fee for up to two company representatives who will be manning the booth.
All Exhibits will be set up for one day indoors in the Crystal Room
which is adjacent to the General Session meeting room. The Continental Breakfast, Break
and Lunch Buffet will all coincide with the Exhibit viewing times
and will be held in the same locations as the Exhibits to allow convention attendees time
to view Exhibits and meet Exhibitors.
There is space for up to 15 booths in the Crystal Room
and additional space in the Crystal Room entryway from the Jefferson Parlor
for up to 6 more booths (these six will not be located in the same room as the food service but still in an area of attendee traffic). Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
and the 15 booths in the Crystal Room will be sold first.
A room diagram with booth layout will be available on the website shortly.
If your company is interested in exhibiting this year,
please complete the Application for Exhibit Space, Show Program Listing Form,
and The Homestead Exhibitor Service Order. Please fax The Homestead’s form
to Convention Services at 540-839-7825 and fax copies of all three forms to Vicki Camp
at THA – 704-362-2056. Deadline for reserving booth space is Friday, April 4, 2008.
